It is important that when you are building a team and mentoring someone that you work at their pace, otherwise they will burn out. Remind them of their individual goals and why they are building their own business. I shared my opportunity this month and now I am helping 7 families create wellness in their homes

I have been with this business for 11 months now and I have acheived so much.
